We really liked the twin/double room that was specially set up for kids.

Location: the hotel was near to the beautiful beach and cliff as well as most activities for the kids. I had coffee at Carafe Coffee Roasters, located within 10 minutes walk.

My bed was uncomfortable.

This place is conveniently located close to the beach, a restaurant, and plenty of activities for kids. Plus, you can easily access fitness classes and a gym right on site. 🏖️.

I had an absolutely incredible time at this hotel! The location was amazing, just a 3-minute walk to the sea. The facilities for families with kids were mind-blowing! The swimming pool, indoor and outdoor playgrounds, bowling alley, and mini zoo were super fun. The organized activities for all age groups were jaw-dropping. The best part was the SPA, which offered great value for money. The hotel itself was very spacious, and though it was often fully booked, the breakfast provided enough space to sit and chill. I loved that they had gluten and lactose allergy information on the breakfast products, which is a rarity in Poland. The swimming pools, saunas, and overall cleanliness were top-notch. The kid club, children's pool, and heated pool for small kids were perfect. The breakfast was very nice, and the various bars provided plenty of dining options. The hotel staff was helpful and accommodating. The only thing to be aware of is that there are two buildings, so it's better to ask in advance which one you'll be staying in to avoid any confusion. this modern hotel was a perfect choice for families, with its excellent amenities and fun-filled activities for kids.

The breakfast at the hotel restaurant tasted like a culinary expedition around the world, with international dishes that tickled my taste buds and satisfied my morning cravings.

The value for money at Primavera was excellent, especially with the amazing SPA included. The room was clean and spacious, and the hotel's location near the beach was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The morning meal could be improved by offering more gluten and lactose-free options for guests with allergies, like me.

I recently stayed at Primavera in Jastrzebia Gora for a family vacation. We had a wonderful time exploring all the hotel's amenities. The kid's club kept my children entertained with various activities, and the heated indoor swimming pool for small kids was a hit. The hotel also had a lovely outdoor pool specifically designed for young children. The breakfast was delicious, and I appreciated the detailed allergy information provided for each product. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, and the hotel's spa facilities were well maintained and clean. it was a perfect place for a relaxing family getaway.

Nothing, all excellent.

Enjoyed our romantic escape here with great views of the sea and the sound of the waves. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a comfortable bed. The hotel is located close to great restaurants, shopping centers and other attractions.

The swimming pool was small and the water was cold, which was a bit of a disappointment. The staff at the reception seemed a bit uninterested and communication was difficult due to their lack of English skills.

The Christmas atmosphere was wonderful, with plenty of festive decorations and holiday cheer. the location, just steps away from the beach and a short drive from a charming town, was ideal for our holiday getaway. the spa services, especially the massages and facials, were top-notch and incredibly relaxing.

Hotel is very big and close to the sea. Generous and varied food options. Friendly and smiley staff in dining areas and bars.
